When do I create my GhostRep account?
After payment. Choose and pay for a prepaid bundle first.
When payment is confirmed, use the verified email from checkout to create or sign in to GhostRep, claim the purchase, and activate the paid workspace.
What does an hour get me?
Hours are your voice-minute wallet. Use them across Role Play and Echo — allocate them across your team however you need that week.
What a 25-hour bundle covers in practice:
- • Roughly 50 role-play sessions (30 min each)
- • Or a focused block of Echo field-coaching time
- • Or a mix of onboarding practice and field support
What happens when I run out of hours?
Nothing auto-charges. Usage-backed features pause until you purchase another bundle. The paid workspace remains available for billing and settings, but it does not receive automatic free usage.

Do purchased hours expire?
No. Purchased hours never expire. Buy a bundle this quarter and use it next year — the balance stays in your wallet until you spend it.
This is turnover insurance: if a rep quits, the hours stay in the company wallet to train the next rep.

What happens if I train a rep and they quit? Do I lose that investment?
No. Your hours don't quit when your rep quits.
