Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostRep ("Service"), operated by GhostRep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms govern your use of ghostrep.ai and all associated products and services offered under the GhostRep brand.

2. Description of Service

GhostRep provides an AI-powered recruiting, training, and field coaching platform for home improvement sales teams. Services include:

  • AI recruiting and candidate screening (AI Recruiter)
  • Role play training and objection handling practice
  • Field session capture and AI coaching (Echo)
  • Free AI-generated tools and templates (Tools library)
  • Performance analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

Certain features require an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Bundles and Payment

5.1 Bundles

GhostRep offers prepaid hour bundles as described on our pricing page. Bundle contents, pricing, and availability may change with notice. Existing subscriptions predating the bundle model remain in effect under their original terms until their natural expiry.

5.2 Billing

Bundles are billed one-time at the moment of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full bundle price plus any applicable taxes. Bundles do not auto-renew.

5.3 Hour Usage

Hours from a bundle are added to your organization's shared wallet and do not expire. Hours are consumed based on actual usage of paid features (for example, voice role-play sessions). When your wallet balance reaches zero, access to paid features pauses until a new bundle is purchased or additional hours are granted.

5.4 Cancellation

Because bundles are one-time purchases with no recurring charges, there is no subscription to cancel. You may stop purchasing additional bundles at any time. Any remaining hours stay on your account until used.

5.5 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on each new bundle purchase, prorated for hours already consumed at the time of the refund request. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Contact support@ghostrep.ai.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and product designs — are owned by GhostRep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant GhostRep a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights and that you have the authority to grant the above license.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Third-party infrastructure issues
  • Force majeure events outside our reasonable control

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostRep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GhostRep, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any conduct we determine to be harmful to GhostRep, its users, or the public.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jackson County, Missouri.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
