Why hours, not seats

Contractor sales floors turn over.

Reps come and go. Some markets churn 40% to 60% of a sales floor in a year. A per-seat subscription punishes companies for that reality — every empty seat is a wasted bill or a forced churn conversation.

Hours wait. Seats do not.

Buy 100 hours, use them when the team is ready. Onboard a new rep next quarter? The hours are still there. Slow month and the team practices less? The hours wait. The company gets value from the spend, not a calendar.

Owners fund a shared wallet for the organization. Reps pull from that wallet when they run role play, Echo, AI Sales Coach sessions, and other paid features. Usage is the cost. No fake math.

How usage works

Design decisions behind the wallet.

  • Hours are pulled per minute of actual usage of paid features (for example, voice role-play time). Nothing is billed for sitting in the dashboard.

  • Recruiter screens, training drafts, and similar tasks consume the appropriate amount of hours based on their voice or compute footprint.

  • Free trial hours are available on new accounts so a team can run real sessions before committing.

  • Refunds within 14 days are prorated by hours already consumed at the time of the request.
