What GhostRep is

GhostRep is the operating layer for home improvement sales floors. It covers the rep lifecycle end to end — hire, onboard, practice, field execution, coaching — and gets sharper the longer your company uses it, because it learns from your objections, your pricing pressure, your manager priorities, and your real jobs.

That is the part most sales tools miss. A roofing rep in a hail market is not having the same conversation as an HVAC rep selling a slow quote. Generic training and generic dashboards cannot account for that. GhostRep is built to be company-specific by design.
